Refund policy
The exchange or return of products purchased on the “SM-Cosmetology” website must be communicated in writing to info@smcosmetology.pt within 14 days of placing the order.
Some products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and health reasons.
Products returned for a refund must be in the same condition as they were sent to the customer, without any damage or anomalies, sealed and in their original packaging. We recommend that returns be made by registered mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the customer receives a product that does not correspond to the one purchased or if the product received is damaged, “SM-Cosmetology” will refund the shipping cost upon receipt.
For orders outside Portugal, the refund amount may vary according to the current exchange rate and the conditions will be indicated and defined by “SM-Cosmetology”.
