Shipping policy

All our shipments to mainland Portugal are preferably made by CTT Expresso (home delivery) or DPD (pick-up at the collection point selected at check-out).


Shipments to the Madeira and Azores Islands and European countries (up to 0.5kg) will be sent by registered mail. Shipments weighing more than 0.5kg will be sent by carrier (CTT Expresso, GLS or another carrier to be contracted, depending on the country and volume of the shipment).


By sending your order via these services, we can give you greater security, knowing the location of the order, delivery attempts and time of delivery.
All our shipments are tracked from origin to final destination.


If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, it will only be sent again after confirmation of a new address and payment of shipping costs.
All orders placed and paid for will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, unless we run out of stock.


Orders will only be shipped once payment has been confirmed.

CTT/CTT Expresso


If, at the time of delivery, you are not at the address indicated, the order will be available for collection at the CTT store in the area of the address for 5 working days. After this period, the order will be returned to “SM-Cosmetology”. In order for it to be sent back, you must pay the return postage.

You will receive an e-mail with a link to track the shipment of your order.

Official delivery time information from CTT Registered Mail:

National (Mainland): 1 working day

National (Islands): 7 working days

Europe: 4 working days


DPD-Pick Point Service

The order will be available for pick-up at the chosen collection point for 5 working days. After this period, the order will be returned to “SM-Cosmetology”. In order for it to be sent back, you must pay the return shipping costs plus the shipping costs.
